Where is Paradise Isle Beach Resort located?

Front and centre on Malpe Beach, Udupi—our property stretches along the beachfront itself, so the Arabian Sea is quite literally your neighbour. Address: 46, Malpe Beach, Udupi, Karnataka 576108.

Do you have direct access to the beach?

Almost barefoot-direct. Only a small beach road runs between our gate and the sand—about a 10-metre stroll. You'll hear the waves before you see them.

How far are you from Mangalore Airport?

About 60 km—roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by road depending on traffic. Udupi railway station is much closer (about 5 km), if you're coming by train.

What's there to see and do nearby?

You're spoiled for choice:

• St. Mary's Islands—the famous hexagonal basalt rock islands, a short ferry ride from Malpe harbour
• Malpe Sea Walk & Delta Point—where the river meets the sea
• Sri Krishna Matha, Udupi—the 13th-century temple town, about 6 km away

• Kaup Beach & Lighthouse—climb it for a panoramic coastal view

Which rooms have the best sea views?

The Deluxe Sea View Rooms and Cottages look straight out over Malpe Beach—most come with a private balcony made for sunset-watching with a cup of chai. Premium Rooms offer garden views with a partial peek at the sea.

What amenities come with the rooms?

All rooms include air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, television, complimentary bottled water, a tea / coffee maker, wardrobe and laundry service. Selected room types also feature a balcony and minibar.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes—complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay. (Though with that sea view, your phone may feel neglected.)

Is room service available?

Yes, from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Craving seafood at 10:45 PM? We've got you.

What dining options are there at the resort?

3 restaurants, 3 moods—all with a bar attached:

• Ocean View—our all-day dining restaurant with, well, an ocean view. The focus is Indian cuisine (with Jain options available), along with South Indian favourites and Chinese dishes. Big windows, bigger views.
• Nemo's—our seafood speciality restaurant, dressed in a breezy Mediterranean theme. Fresh coastal catch, Coastal Thalis, the famous Crab Ghee Roast, and a kids' menu so the little fish are happy too.
• Bubbles Beach Bar—a laid-back beach bar and cocktail lounge with a spectacular view of Malpe Beach. Multi-cuisine bites with a few Continental favourites, best enjoyed with a sundowner in hand.

Is the dining multi-cuisine?

Yes—each restaurant is multi-cuisine with its own personality: Ocean View leans Indian (Jain-friendly), Nemo's is all about seafood, and Bubbles mixes it up with Continental additions and a serious cocktail list.

Is there a beachside bar?

Bubbles is the star of the show—a relaxed beach bar overlooking the sand. And if you're elsewhere on the property, every restaurant has a bar attached, so a cold drink is never far away.

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes—a swimming pool with a dedicated child-friendly zone, so everyone from cannonballers to paddlers has their spot.

What activities can guests enjoy?

• On the property: table tennis, snooker and other indoor games; beach cricket, volleyball and frisbee on the sand
• On the water: surfing, stand-up paddling, jet skis and more through operators right on Malpe Beach, plus scuba diving at nearby Kaup (water sports are run by external operators and depend on season and sea conditions).

Does the resort have a spa?

Yes—Satvva Spa offers Ayurvedic therapies and holistic treatments, open 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We recommend booking a slot in advance; post-beach massages are popular for a reason.

Is parking available?

Yes, free parking for all resort guests. Bring the car, leave the worries.

Can we host a wedding or event at the resort?

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

We'll always try! Early check-in and late check-out are offered subject to availability—just confirm with the front desk in advance and we'll do our best to stretch your beach time.

What is the cancellation policy?

• 7 or more days before arrival: refund with a 10% administration charge on the total booking amount
• Within 7 days of arrival, or no-show: the full booking amount is retained

Policies may vary by rate plan, so do check your selected rate's conditions before confirming.

What's included in my room rate?

Only the inclusions explicitly listed in your selected booking or rate plan. Anything else—spa treatments, water sports, that second plate of Crab Ghee Roast—is chargeable separately.

Are day-use rooms available?

Yes! Day-use rooms are available from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM—perfect for a beach day with a proper shower at the end. Contact the resort to confirm availability and rates.
